Emily has a happy, if simple, life. Having come through a family tragedy, she now loves her job, her apartment, her friends, and her church. But when her childhood crush walks into the Poconos inn where she works, her well-ordered world begins to turn upside down. Daniel’s life looks enviable from the outside. He’s a businessman flying high with all the trappings of success. But his brother’s involvement in a religious cult has broken his family’s heart and caused Daniel to doubt God’s goodness. As Emily and Daniel begin to realize they have a lot more in common than they did as kids playing on the beach, an accident tests both their faith journeys.
